The Third Doctoral Symposium
The Third Doctoral Symposium is a continuation of the series of Doctoral Symposia organized by NIIT University (NU), aimed at providing a common platform for participants to interact with researchers, technologists, and engineers from academia, research laboratories, and industry. The symposium facilitates meaningful discussions, knowledge exchange, and collaboration among scholars working in cutting-edge research areas.
The Third Doctoral Symposium, scheduled for April 17–18, 2026, will provide a unique opportunity for researchers to present and discuss their research in niche areas such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Cyber Security, Quantum Computing, Theoretical Computer Science, and Applied Mathematics.
NIIT University organized its First Doctoral Symposium on September 23–24, 2017, and the Second Doctoral Symposium on April 6–7, 2019, focusing on the broad domain of Computer Science and Engineering. These events were organized with the objective of providing a common platform for scientists, technologists, engineers, and doctoral researchers to present and discuss their research contributions. Both editions attracted a significant number of researchers who presented their work in various areas of Computer Science and Engineering and engaged in fruitful academic discussions.
The Third Doctoral Symposium aims to further strengthen this tradition by bringing together researchers working in emerging and specialized domains. The symposium will provide participants with an opportunity to interact with potential collaborators and employers from academia, research laboratories, and industry, while gaining valuable research insights from leading experts in their respective fields. During the symposium, several invited lectures and master classes are proposed to be organized. The keynote and invited speakers will include eminent researchers, scientists, and technologists from across the country and abroad, who will share their expertise and perspectives on emerging trends and future research directions.
