NIIT University signs MoU with ServiceNow to integrate industry-focussed AI into its BTech curriculum

NIIT University (NU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ServiceNow to integrate industry-focussed learning pathways into all its BTech streams. ServiceNow is an AI platform for business transformation. The event took place on Thursday 16 July 2026, 11:00 – 11:30 am as part of Resonance 2026 – NU’s induction program for its new cohort of 2026.
As part of the partnership, students will receive industry-oriented training in AI-related technologies including Agentic AI for enterprise digital transformation. Students can also undergo ServiceNow certifications.
The MoU was signed by Prof Prakash Gopalan, President, NIIT University and Mr Bhaskar Gandhavadi, Senior Director, ServiceNow University – India Lead.
