NIIT University celebrates Teachers Day 2026
The Teachers’ Day celebration commenced at 6:00 PM with a warm welcome address, setting a festive tone to honour contributions of NIIT University faculty. The several NIIT University clubs displayed wonderful performances making it a memorable evening.
The vibrant cultural segment began with a solo musical rendition presented by NU Verismo, the music club, followed by an evocative poetry recitation curated by NU KaviShaala, the poetry club. The literary tribute continued with an articulate elocution delivered by NU DebSoc, the debating society leading into an expressive solo classical dance performance by NU Impetus, the dance club.
The artistic showcases included another compelling elocution address, succeeded by a reflective poetry recital. The stage came alive again with a graceful duet dance routine, paving the way for a harmonious group vocal presentation by NU Verismo.
Highlighting the evening’s creative tributes, the university’s theatre society, Rangmanch NU, took the stage to deliver an engaging stage play, titled ‘Chai peene chalein?’ (Shall we go have tea?) dedicated to the occasion.
The Teachers’ Day event concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the organizing team, performers, and faculty members followed by closing remarks, wrapping up the evening on a warm and cheerful note.
