NIIT University was one of the few places where I wasn’t just participating, I was building and leading. From being elected University Captain with a strong mandate to scaling cross-campus initiatives like “The Echo” (a pan-India student community connecting clubs across 50+ universities for events, collaborations, and competitions), NU gave me the space to take ownership and execute at scale.
After NU, I’ve been working as a Senior Financial Analyst, leading large-scale financial modeling projects and contributing to AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency in financial workflows. This combination of finance and technology has shaped how I think about industry expectations and evolving skill demands. Alongside this, I’ve been working with a university to deliver structured sessions on financial modeling and AI-driven career in financial industry, conducting 50+ sessions over the past year. This has given me direct exposure to the gap between academic preparation and real industry requirements.
As an NU Alumni Ambassador, I don’t just want to stay connected, I want to actively contribute. I aim to help students work on structured, industry-level capstone projects, share practical insights, and bring them closer to real-world expectations. I also look forward to mentoring students with actionable, market-relevant guidance and representing NU within strong professional networks.
