The programme integrates management fundamentals with digital tools, data analysis, communication skills, and experiential learning, preparing graduates for careers in modern organizations, entrepreneurship, and family businesses.
Strong Foundations with Early Technology Integration
The three-year programme (six semesters) is designed to progressively build managerial capability. In the first year, students develop strong foundations in business economics, accounting, management, statistics, and the business environment, supported by courses in communication, sustainability, and professional skills. Students are also introduced to technology-enabled business tools, including programming basics and AI applications for workplace productivity, ensuring early exposure to technology in management.
Core Management Learning and Curriculum Flexibility
In the second year, the curriculum deepens students’ understanding of core management functions, including financial management, operations, organizational behaviour, entrepreneurship, cost accounting, and research methods. Students also develop analytical and decision-making skills through courses such as data visualization and storytelling. At this stage, students gain flexibility through open electives and professional electives, allowing them to explore areas aligned with their career interests.
Specialisations and Global Exposure
Students may pursue specializations through a diverse set of professional electives such as Digital Marketing, Financial Modelling, Security Analysis, Consumer Behaviour, Family Business Governance, and Succession Planning. The programme also offers global pathway opportunities with the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and University of Indianapolis USA, enabling students to gain international academic exposure, collaborate on research and to gain global learning experience.

This extended industry immersion significantly enhances workplace readiness and employability, allowing students to apply their classroom learning in real business contexts.
